Speaking at your conference or event
Since speaking at TEDx Nantwich, I am often asked for interviews, to deliver keynote speeches and appear on panels to share the #ManReBranded story, it's objectives and progress.
I bring personal experiences to the fore and talk with passion, honesty and authenticity to help raise awareness of men's mental health in the workplace and to encourage and support action.
Listening to your managers, your employees
Over 300,000 people lose their jobs each year because of mental health related issues. That's over 5,700 each week. The cost to employers is huge, around £2.4 billion per year. Yet, people are still afraid top open up at work and yes, men are the most reluctant to speak up.
I am that resource to turn to. Someone independent, with leadership experience who can listen and advise without prejudice, without politics and without the pressures of departmental targets.
One-to-one Coaching and Goal Setting
My personalised coaching and development programmes run over 6 or 12 months and are tailored to meet different needs, time and budgets.
I work across all divides, coaching guys on the power of setting goals, on the connections between mind and body and on how to break repeating behavioural patterns.
Tailored workshops and programmes
My workshops are short focused sessions, designed specifically to improve communication, improve focus and establish a plan and clear objectives for future development.
I work with teams across all professional, private and public sectors to raise awareness of issues to understand the impact of them and to set clear, agreed objectives for change.

// Through delivering authentic, honest, personal development workshops and coaching for businesses and individuals
// Through building a network of supporting partners and organisations for men to turn to in times of need
// By building a supportive community
